Consular legalization of documents in Armenia and the Belarus Agreement
Consular legalization is a procedure for confirming the authenticity of official documents for use abroad. However, if an international agreement exists between the countries, legalization may not be required.
Important! CIS countries, including Armenia, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, and others, have signed the Minsk Agreement (1993) and the Chisinau Agreement (2002), which exempt documents from the need for consular legalization.
