As a rule, it is valid until divorce or the death of one of the spouses. Requirements for the document may vary in different countries. The form of the birth certificate (marriage certificate) may vary. <\/p>\n<p>As a result of the approval of new forms of marriage certificates, it may eventually be necessary to obtain a document of the new sample, or more precisely, a duplicate of the marriage certificate. But this almost never happens.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes, when submitting a marriage certificate (or its duplicate) from Armenia or another country, officials of the receiving country may ask to update the certificate.
